  • The ticket office is easily accessible and located right next to its parking lot. After you pay your entrance fee (cash only), it’s a quick 5-minute stroll to the Cenote where an attendant will verify the tickets.
  • As you ascend up the steps to enter Cenote Suytun, complimentary life jackets will be provided for your safety. It is mandatory that all visitors wear a life jacket while swimming in this cenote.
  • There are bathrooms, lockers and showers located between the car park and the cenote entrance. Food and drinks are available from a small kiosk beside the ticket office. Lockers and towels are also available to rent.
